Super Carefill 80 mg

Super Carefill 80 mg is intended for adult men who experience erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation together.

It may be used for:

• Difficulty achieving an erection

• Difficulty maintaining an erection

• Erections that are not firm enough for intercourse

• Ejaculation occurring sooner than desired

• Limited control over ejaculation

• Coexisting erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation

• Sexual difficulties that cause personal or relationship distress

Dapoxetine should be used for diagnosed premature ejaculation rather than simply to extend sexual activity in men without the condition. Tadalafil supports the physical erectile response, while dapoxetine addresses ejaculation control.

Tadalafil can support erectile responsiveness for up to 36 hours after a dose. This does not mean that an erection lasts continuously for 36 hours. An erection normally occurs only when sexual stimulation is present.

Super Carefill 80 mg works through the separate actions of tadalafil and dapoxetine.

Tadalafil blocks the PDE5 enzyme. During sexual stimulation, the body releases nitric oxide, which increases a chemical called cGMP. This chemical relaxes the blood vessels supplying the penis and allows more blood to enter the erectile tissues. By slowing the breakdown of cGMP, tadalafil supports the ability to achieve and maintain an erection.

Dapoxetine temporarily slows the reabsorption of serotonin between nerve cells. Increasing serotonin activity can delay the ejaculation reflex and improve control over when ejaculation occurs.

Together, the two ingredients address the two conditions through different mechanisms. Tadalafil supports erection quality, while dapoxetine helps manage early ejaculation.

Super Carefill 80 mg contains tadalafil 20 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg in each tablet. Take this combination only when both ingredients and strengths have been selected for you after an individual medical assessment.

Swallow the prescribed tablet whole with at least one full glass of water, approximately one to three hours before anticipated sexual activity. It may be taken with or without food. Do not crush, chew or divide the tablet unless it is specifically designed for splitting and clear instructions have been provided.

Do not take more than one tablet within 24 hours. Super Carefill is intended for as-needed use before sexual activity and should not be taken as a continuous daily medicine.

Dapoxetine treatment normally begins at 30 mg. The dose is increased to 60 mg only when the lower amount has not provided an adequate response and has not caused significant side effects or symptoms of fainting. The 60 mg amount in Super Carefill is the maximum recommended dapoxetine dose.

Do not take an additional tablet if the first dose appears slow to work. Do not combine it with another tadalafil, dapoxetine, erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation medicine.

Common Side Effects

Super Carefill 80 mg can cause nausea, headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, dry mouth, tiredness, difficulty sleeping, facial flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain or muscle discomfort. Some people can feel light-headed when standing because dapoxetine can lower blood pressure. Sit or lie down immediately if you feel faint and remain there until the symptoms pass.

Serious Side Effects

Obtain urgent medical help for fainting, a seizure, chest pain, severe breathing difficulty or a serious allergic reaction. Emergency treatment is also required for an erection lasting longer than four hours or a sudden reduction in vision or hearing. Agitation, fever, heavy sweating, tremors, confusion, diarrhoea and a rapid heartbeat can indicate serotonin syndrome, particularly when dapoxetine is combined with another medicine that increases serotonin.

Super Carefill 80 mg should not be taken by:

• People using nitrate medicines

• People taking riociguat

• People using recreational “poppers”

• People taking MAO inhibitors

• People taking other antidepressants

• People with significant heart disease

• People with serious heart rhythm problems

• People with mania or severe depression

• People with moderate or severe liver disease

• People with severe kidney disease

• People with previous NAION-related vision loss

• Men under 18 or over 64 without specialist assessment

• Women

People with epilepsy, bleeding disorders, low blood pressure, bipolar disorder or a history of drug misuse also require an individual medical assessment before taking this medicine.

Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines, supplements and recreational substances being used. Important interactions include:

• Nitrate medicines

• Riociguat

• MAO inhibitors

• SSRIs, SNRIs and tricyclic antidepressants

• Thioridazine

• Tramadol, lithium and linezolid

• St John’s wort

• Ketoconazole and itraconazole

• Ritonavir and other HIV medicines

• Alpha-blockers and blood-pressure medicines

• Other ED or PE treatments

• Recreational drugs

• Alcohol

Nitrates and riociguat must not be combined with tadalafil because the combination can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.

Dapoxetine must not be combined with other medicines that substantially increase serotonin because this can lead to serious reactions. Certain antifungal, antiviral and antibiotic medicines can also raise dapoxetine or tadalafil levels in the body.

Avoid alcohol when taking Super Carefill. Alcohol can increase dizziness, poor judgement, low blood pressure and the risk of fainting.

• Store the tablets below 30°C.

• Keep them in their original blister packaging.

• Protect them from heat and moisture.

• Keep them away from direct sunlight.

• Store them out of the reach of children and pets.

• Do not use damaged or discoloured tablets.

• Do not use the medicine after its expiry date.

• Ask a pharmacist how to dispose of unused tablets safely.
