Extra Super Carefill

Extra Super Carefill is intended for adult men who experience erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation at the same time. It can address problems such as:

• Difficulty achieving an erection

• Difficulty maintaining an erection

• Erections that are not firm enough for intercourse

• Ejaculation occurring sooner than desired

• Limited control over ejaculation

• Repeated ED and PE symptoms occurring together

This combination is intended for men who require treatment for both conditions. It should not be used simply to extend sexual activity when erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation have not been properly identified.

Persistent erection or ejaculation problems can be connected with diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, hormonal conditions, prostate inflammation, medicine side effects, stress or anxiety. Identifying the underlying cause remains an important part of treatment.

The tadalafil component can remain active for up to 36 hours. This does not mean that an erection continues throughout this period. It means the body can respond more easily to sexual stimulation during the active window.

The dapoxetine effect is shorter and is focused around planned sexual activity. The erection-support and ejaculation-control effects do not remain active for exactly the same length of time.

Extra Super Carefill works through two separate mechanisms.

Tadalafil blocks the phosphodiesterase type 5 enzyme. During sexual stimulation, the body releases nitric oxide, which raises the level of a chemical called cGMP. This chemical relaxes the blood vessels supplying the penis and allows more blood to enter the erectile tissues. By slowing the breakdown of cGMP, tadalafil supports a firmer erection that can be maintained during sexual activity.

Dapoxetine slows the reabsorption of serotonin between nerve cells. Increased serotonin activity delays the ejaculation reflex and provides better control over the timing of ejaculation. Dapoxetine is used as an on-demand treatment for diagnosed premature ejaculation in adult men aged 18 to 64.

The two ingredients work independently. Tadalafil manages the physical erectile response, while dapoxetine manages ejaculatory control.

Each Extra Super Carefill tablet contains tadalafil 40 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg. This is a high-strength combination that should be taken only when the exact amounts of both ingredients have been selected after an individual medical assessment.

Swallow the prescribed tablet whole with at least one full glass of water, approximately one to three hours before anticipated sexual activity. The full glass of water is important because adequate hydration helps reduce dizziness and fainting associated with dapoxetine.

Do not crush, chew or divide the tablet. The two active ingredients are combined in fixed amounts, and splitting the tablet does not provide a reliably measured dose of each ingredient.

Do not take more than one tablet within 24 hours. Extra Super Carefill is intended for occasional, as-needed use and should not be taken as a continuous daily medicine. Do not take an additional tablet if the first dose does not produce an immediate response.

Do not combine Extra Super Carefill with another tadalafil, dapoxetine, erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation medicine.

Common Side Effects

Extra Super Carefill can cause nausea, headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, dry mouth, tiredness, difficulty sleeping, facial flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain or muscle discomfort. Light-headedness can occur when standing because dapoxetine and tadalafil can both affect blood pressure. Stand up slowly, and sit or lie down immediately if you begin to feel faint.

Serious Side Effects

Obtain urgent medical help for fainting, seizures, chest pain, an irregular heartbeat, severe breathing difficulty or swelling of the face or throat. An erection lasting longer than four hours and any sudden reduction in vision or hearing also require emergency attention. Agitation, confusion, fever, heavy sweating, tremors, diarrhoea and a rapid heartbeat can indicate serotonin syndrome, especially when dapoxetine is combined with another medicine that increases serotonin.

Extra Super Carefill should not be taken by:

• People taking nitrate medicines

• People using riociguat

• People using recreational “poppers”

• People taking MAO inhibitors

• People taking other antidepressants

• People with serious heart disease

• People with heart rhythm disorders

• People advised to avoid sexual activity

• People with mania or severe depression

• People with moderate or severe liver disease

• People with severe kidney disease

• People with uncontrolled epilepsy

• People with previous NAION-related vision loss

• Anyone allergic to tadalafil or dapoxetine

• Men outside the 18 to 64 age range without specialist assessment

• Women

People with bleeding disorders, low blood pressure, bipolar disorder, penile deformities or a history of drug misuse also require an individual medical assessment before using this medicine.

Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines, supplements and recreational substances being used.

Important interactions include:

• Nitrate medicines

• Riociguat

• MAO inhibitors

• SSRIs, SNRIs and tricyclic antidepressants

• Thioridazine

• Tramadol, lithium and linezolid

• St John’s wort

• Ketoconazole and itraconazole

• Ritonavir and similar antiviral medicines

• Alpha-blockers

• Blood-pressure medicines

• Other ED or PE treatments

• Recreational drugs

• Alcohol

Nitrates and riociguat must not be combined with tadalafil because blood pressure can fall to a dangerous level.

Dapoxetine must not be combined with other medicines that substantially increase serotonin. Certain antifungal, antiviral and antibiotic medicines can increase the amount of tadalafil or dapoxetine in the bloodstream and make adverse effects more likely.

Alcohol should be avoided. Combining alcohol with dapoxetine increases dizziness, poor coordination, reduced alertness, low blood pressure and the risk of fainting.

• Store Extra Super Carefill below 30°C.

• Keep the tablets in their original blister packaging.

• Protect them from excessive heat and moisture.

• Keep them away from direct sunlight.

• Do not store them in a bathroom.

• Keep them out of the reach of children and pets.

• Do not use damaged or discoloured tablets.

• Do not use the medicine after its expiry date.

• Ask a pharmacist how to dispose of unused tablets safely.
