KwickPharmacy Shipping Policy
The Shipping Policy explains where we may deliver, how shipping charges are calculated, the delivery services that may be available, and the factors that can affect order processing, customs clearance, tracking, and final delivery.
Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery time depend on the destination, product type, quantity, package weight, carrier serviceability, prescription or identity requirements, and applicable laws. The appearance of a country or shipping method on our website does not guarantee that every product can be shipped through that route.
1. Shipping Destinations
KwickPharmacy may provide international medicine delivery to selected locations in the following countries and regions.
North America: United States.
United Kingdom: United Kingdom.
Australia and New Zealand: Australia and New Zealand.
Selected European Countries: France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and other selected European destinations where shipping is available.
Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and other selected Southeast Asian destinations where shipping is available.
Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and other selected Middle Eastern destinations where shipping is available.
Shipping availability remains subject to the exact address, product, carrier route, prescription status, quantity, and destination-country requirements. Some medicines and healthcare products may be restricted or unavailable for international shipment. KwickPharmacy may decline or cancel an order that cannot be dispatched or imported through an appropriate route.
Customers should confirm destination and product eligibility before relying on an estimated delivery date. Additional countries may become available or unavailable as carrier services and regulations change.
2. How Shipping Charges Are Calculated
Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination country and address, product type, number of products, order quantity, package weight and dimensions, selected shipping method, carrier availability, and any special handling or documentation requirements.
The shipping cost can therefore vary between orders, even when the delivery country is the same. The applicable charge will normally be shown or communicated before the order is finalized. Larger, heavier, split, or unusually packaged orders may require an additional shipping charge.
3. Shipping Services and Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery windows below begin after an order has been processed, verified, dispatched, and accepted into the carrier network. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
ITPS Shipping
The estimated ITPS delivery time is 12–15 working days for the United States and 5–8 working days for the United Kingdom.
EMS Shipping
The estimated EMS delivery time is 10–12 working days for the United States and 3–5 working days for the United Kingdom.
FedEx and DHL
FedEx and DHL may be available for selected shipments when the product, destination, documentation, package characteristics, and current carrier conditions are suitable. Availability is assessed for each order and is not guaranteed merely because a destination is normally served by the carrier.
If an express service is unavailable, KwickPharmacy may offer another eligible shipping method. Any change that affects the shipping charge or estimated delivery time should be communicated before dispatch where reasonably possible.
Working days generally exclude weekends and public holidays observed by the carrier or destination country. Processing time before dispatch is separate from the estimated shipping window. Actual delivery may be earlier or later depending on the route and circumstances affecting the shipment.
4. Order Processing Before Dispatch
Orders may require processing and verification before they can be shipped. This can include reviewing the order, confirming payment, verifying a prescription or identity where required, checking product availability, preparing the package, completing shipping documentation, and handing the shipment to the carrier.
An order is not considered dispatched until it has been accepted by the carrier. Orders requiring additional information or documents will remain on hold until the required verification has been completed. Processing may also take longer when a product is unavailable, an address requires clarification, or a carrier route is temporarily suspended.
5. Prescription and Identity Requirements
Certain medicines require a valid prescription, proof of identity, or additional documentation before dispatch. The documents required can depend on the medicine, quantity, destination, and applicable regulations.
Failure to provide complete and valid documentation may delay processing or prevent dispatch. Submitting a prescription or identity document does not guarantee that the product is eligible for international shipment or admission into the destination country.
6. Delivery Estimates and Possible Delays
All delivery times are estimates. A shipment may be delayed by customs processing, regulatory checks, carrier backlogs, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, import restrictions, local delivery conditions, or events outside KwickPharmacy's reasonable control.
KwickPharmacy cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date or within a fixed number of working days. Estimated delivery windows should not be relied upon for urgent or emergency medical needs. Customers should arrange time-sensitive treatment and medicine supplies with an appropriate local healthcare provider.
7. Address Accuracy and Delivery Details
Customers must review the recipient's name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, and other delivery details before submitting an order. The information should match any prescription or identity documents where consistency is required.
An incorrect or incomplete address can result in delay, delivery failure, return to sender, additional charges, or the need for reshipment. Customers should contact KwickPharmacy as soon as possible if a correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after the carrier has accepted the package.
Additional shipping charges may apply when a shipment must be redirected, returned, or resent because of incorrect information supplied with the order.
8. Tracking an Order
Where tracking is available, the tracking number or link will be provided after dispatch. Tracking information may take time to appear while the package is being accepted, scanned, or transferred between carrier networks.
Some international routes provide limited updates until the parcel reaches the destination country. A temporary lack of tracking movement does not necessarily mean the shipment has been lost. Customers should contact support if tracking remains unchanged beyond the expected delivery window.
9. Customs and International Import Requirements
International medicine shipments may be inspected by customs, health authorities, postal services, or other regulators. These authorities operate independently of KwickPharmacy and may request documents, assess fees, delay a shipment, restrict quantities, refuse admission, return the parcel, or dispose of prohibited or non-compliant products.
Medicine-import rules differ between countries and may change without notice. A product that can be supplied legally in one country may be prescription-only, restricted, controlled, unapproved, or prohibited in another. Shipping availability does not represent a guarantee that customs or another authority will admit the parcel.
Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements that apply to the medicine and destination. KwickPharmacy may also review eligibility, request supporting documents, limit quantities, or decline a shipment where the applicable requirements cannot be reasonably satisfied.
Orders Shipped to the United States
Medicines sent to the United States may be reviewed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Food and Drug Administration. U.S. rules generally restrict personal importation of foreign medicines, particularly products that are not FDA-approved for use and sale in the United States. Limited personal-importation circumstances may be considered by the FDA, but they do not create a guaranteed right to import a medicine.
Customers ordering for delivery to the United States should review the current FDA personal-importation requirements before placing an order. KwickPharmacy cannot guarantee that a U.S. shipment will be admitted, released, or delivered by customs and regulatory authorities.
10. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Clearance Fees
The destination country may impose import duties, taxes, storage charges, inspection fees, or carrier-clearance fees. These charges are determined by the relevant authority or service provider and may not be included in the shipping amount paid to KwickPharmacy.
Where such charges apply, the recipient may be required to pay them before the shipment is released or delivered. Failure to pay a required charge may result in delay, return, or disposal according to the rules of the relevant authority or carrier.
11. Failed, Refused, or Returned Deliveries
A parcel may be returned or remain undelivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, unpaid duties, missing documents, carrier restrictions, or a customs decision. Any request for reshipment, replacement, or refund will be reviewed according to the circumstances and the applicable Refund, Return, Customs, and International Order terms.
Shipping and handling charges already incurred may not be recoverable. Customers should retain tracking notices and contact support promptly if a carrier or authority requests action.
12. Changes to Shipping Services
KwickPharmacy may change available destinations, carriers, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or service conditions when required by operational needs, carrier updates, or regulatory changes. The shipping method confirmed for a particular order will be based on the options available when the order is processed.
