Doctors prescribe Vidalista 20 mg primarily for:

Vidalista 20 mg contains Tadalafil, which belongs to a group of medicines known as PDE5 inhibitors.

During sexual stimulation, nitric oxide is released in the penis, increasing cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). PDE5 normally breaks down cGMP. Tadalafil blocks the PDE5 enzyme, allowing cGMP levels to remain elevated for longer. This relaxes the smooth muscles and widens the blood vessels in the penis, improving blood flow and helping achieve and maintain an erection.

The medicine does not increase sexual desire and works only when sexual stimulation occurs.

If Vidalista 20 mg is prescribed for regular daily use and you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not take two doses together.

Common Side Effects: Common side effects of Vidalista 20 mg may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, back pain, muscle pain, dizziness, and facial warmth. These side effects are generally mild and often resolve as the medicine wears off.

Serious Side Effects: Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, difficulty breathing, a severe allergic reaction, or an erection lasting longer than four hours (priapism).
