Cenforce-FM 100 mg

When prescribed for an appropriate physical arousal problem, sildenafil can:

• Support blood flow to genital tissues

• Improve the physical response to stimulation

• Increase genital sensitivity

• Support natural lubrication

• Help maintain physical arousal

• Reduce difficulties connected to poor genital blood flow

The response differs because female sexual arousal involves physical, emotional and hormonal factors. Sildenafil only targets the blood-flow part of this response.

Sexual stimulation causes the body to release nitric oxide. This increases cyclic guanosine monophosphate, also called cGMP, which relaxes smooth muscle and widens blood vessels around genital tissues.

An enzyme called PDE5 normally breaks down cGMP. Sildenafil blocks this enzyme, allowing the natural blood-flow response to continue for longer.

Cenforce-FM does not create an automatic sexual response. Sexual stimulation is still required, and the medicine will not correct low desire caused by hormonal, psychological or relationship factors.

Cenforce-FM 100 mg contains the highest commonly available single-tablet strength of sildenafil. Take it only when prescribed and follow the exact dose given by the healthcare provider. When prescribed for use before sexual activity, swallow the tablet with water about 30 to 60 minutes beforehand. It may be taken with or without food, although a heavy or high-fat meal can delay its effect.

Do not take more than one tablet within 24 hours, repeat the dose if the expected response does not occur, or combine it with another sildenafil or PDE5-inhibitor product. Because 100 mg is the maximum recommended single sildenafil dose in approved adult ED guidance, the suitability of this strength must be assessed individually.

Common Side Effects

Common sildenafil side effects include headache, facial flushing, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, nasal congestion, back pain and muscle aches. Temporary visual effects such as blurred vision, increased sensitivity to light or a blue-green colour tint can also occur. A 100 mg dose can produce stronger side effects than a lower dose.

Serious Side Effects

Stop taking Cenforce-FM and obtain urgent medical attention for chest pain, fainting, severe dizziness, difficulty breathing or swelling of the face, lips or throat. Sudden loss or reduction of vision and sudden hearing changes accompanied by ringing in the ears or dizziness also require immediate medical assessment.

Cenforce-FM must not be taken without medical approval when any of the following applies:

• Sildenafil allergy

• Nitrate medicine use

• Riociguat treatment

• Serious heart disease

• Recent heart attack

• Severe liver and kidney disease

• Serious inherited eye disease

• Pregnancy

Nitrates and Riociguat are strict contraindications because combining them with sildenafil can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.

Tell the doctor or pharmacist about all medicines, supplements and herbal products being used.

Important interactions include:

• Nitrate medicines

• Riociguat

• Alpha-blockers

• Blood-pressure medicines

• Other PDE5 inhibitors

• Ritonavir

• Azole antifungal medicines

• Macrolide antibiotics

Nitrates include nitroglycerin, isosorbide medicines and recreational nitrites known as “poppers.” They must never be combined with sildenafil.

Ritonavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin and similar medicines can increase sildenafil levels. Alpha-blockers and other blood-pressure medicines can increase the risk of dizziness, fainting and low blood pressure.

• Keep in the original packaging.

• Protect from heat and moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use damaged tablets.

• Do not use after the expiry date.

• Return unused medicine to a pharmacy where possible.
