Iverheal 6 mg

When used for a susceptible parasitic infection, Iverheal 6 mg acts directly against the parasite responsible for the illness. Its treatment benefits include:

• Treating susceptible intestinal worms

• Reducing the number of microfilariae in onchocerciasis

• Relieving parasite-related itching and skin irritation

• Treating selected mite and lice infestations

• Providing an oral treatment option when appropriate

Successful treatment can improve symptoms such as itching, rash, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea and weakness caused by the diagnosed infection. Some conditions require follow-up tests or repeat treatment to confirm that the infection has been controlled.

Laboratory findings support continued research into ivermectin’s possible effects on cancer cells. However, these findings do not confirm a cancer-treatment benefit in people. Updated COVID-19 research has also not established a clinical benefit.

COVID-19 Research: Early laboratory studies suggested that ivermectin could interfere with processes used by SARS-CoV-2. This created interest in off-label use and led to numerous clinical trials. Current evidence reviews have not shown a meaningful reduction in mortality, hospital admission, recovery time or infection risk. Research publications continue to appear, but Iverheal 6 mg has no established COVID-19 dosage or treatment benefit.

Cancer Research: Laboratory researchers have studied ivermectin’s effects on cancer-cell division, growth signals, energy use and programmed cell death. A clinical trial also evaluated ivermectin with immune checkpoint medicines in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. The trial was designed to study safety and dosage, but its current NCI record is marked as withdrawn. Oncology guidance published in 2026 cautions against using ivermectin as a cancer treatment outside properly supervised research.

There is no single Iverheal 6 mg dose suitable for every parasitic infection. Ivermectin dosage is calculated using the patient’s body weight and diagnosed condition.

For intestinal strongyloidiasis, ivermectin is commonly prescribed as a single oral dose of approximately 200 micrograms per kilogram of body weight. For onchocerciasis, treatment commonly uses approximately 150 micrograms per kilogram, followed by medical monitoring and repeat treatment when required.

Take the prescribed number of tablets on an empty stomach with water. Do not assume that one 6 mg tablet is the correct amount simply because it is the available strength.

There is no established Iverheal 6 mg dosage for COVID-19 or cancer. Do not copy doses from online protocols, research schedules or another person’s treatment. Taking repeated or excessive doses increases the risk of serious neurological and other adverse effects.

Common Side Effects: Iverheal 6 mg can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, dizziness, sleepiness, headache, tiredness, itching, rash or mild swelling. Treatment for onchocerciasis can also cause fever, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes and increased itching as the body reacts to dying parasites. Contact a healthcare professional if these effects persist or become difficult to manage.

Serious Side Effects: Obtain urgent medical help for severe dizziness, fainting, confusion, difficulty walking, seizures, loss of consciousness, breathing difficulty, facial or throat swelling, severe skin blistering, yellow skin or eyes or unusually low blood pressure. People with heavy Loa loa infection face a rare risk of serious brain-related complications after ivermectin treatment.

Iverheal 6 mg requires medical assessment before use. Particular caution applies to:

• People allergic to ivermectin

• Pregnant women

• Breastfeeding women

• Children weighing less than 15 kg

• People with suspected Loa loa infection

• People with significant liver disease

• People with serious neurological conditions

• People taking warfarin

• People self-treating COVID-19 or cancer
